The Lake shore is just at a 5 min walk, the village with shops is 500 mt. far, Como is at 10 minutes drive. The stunning accommodation of 286 sqm develops on the whole main floor of a renovated Art Nouveau villa. In the private panoramic garden of 256 sqm. is the hot tub for 4 people. The deck is furnished with sun beds and deckchairs. Private parking inside the property. Zarina main floor (210 sqm) features a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, one double bedroom with en suite bathroom, a second twin / double bedroom and a bathroom. It is completely air conditioned. Internet WIFI, and round sound Bose are available as well. Garden level (76 sqm) with one laundery room. The downstairs floor is air conditioned and has a small kitchenette corner ideal for breakfast with electric cooker, microwave, electric kettle and coffee machine.

This outstanding accommodation is the ideal location to relax and explore our beautiful lake. Many activities are available nearby, such as water sports, golf, tennis and great shopping. The closest train station is in Como, just 15 minutes away; you can be in Milan in 1 hour by car or cross the border to Lugano, Switzerland, in just 40 minutes. Just across the Swiss border is Foxtown, a designer outlet village with Prada, Dolce and Gabbana, Gucci and Ferragamo outlets. This is a no smoking property. No pets are accepted. An imposing iron gate gives access to Villa Castiglioni. On its back there is the garage and the entrance of the two upstairs units. Zarina is private and independent, it develops on the whole main floor and has an independent entrance from the garden set in the facade of the villa, overlooking the lake. There is also a second access in the back of the house which is shared with the other two units. In a corner of the manicured private garden there is a hot tub for four people where you can relax while looking at the blue waters of the lake.

The living room is elegant and full of light and benefits from the spectacular view of the lake and surrounding mountains.
